    Alright, here is the bride-zilla in me coming out:

    GRRRRRR!!!!ROOOOAAARRRRR!!!!!!AAARRGGHHH!!!!!!!!!

    Yep, thats it! When Megan and I originally ordered the bridesmaid dresses back in the beginning of July, we were told that they would be in the first week of august. We called then, and they told us that their papers said 8-14. Boo. we called on the 14th, and they told us they only got orders in on tuesday and thursday, so it would be the 17th. I called today, and the conversation went something like this:
    Me: Hey, are the dresses in yet?
    Salesgirl: Oh, the shipment hasnt arrived yet. call back in 2 hours.
    (lapse 2 hours)
    Me: have the dresses come?
    Girl: Oh, I just need to call the corporate office to get the tracking number to see if they are coming in today. I'll call you right back.
    (lapse 1.5 hours)
    Me: have you called the corporate office?
    Girl: yeah, they actually didn't ship it out until yesterday (the 16th), and they accidentally shipped it ground instead of rush, so they should be in on the 21st or 22nd.

    Incidentally, the 22nd is a sunday, meaning no shipments that day.

    WHAT?!?!?!?!?!?!? The wedding is NEXT WEEK. If they came in on saturday, and I next day mailed them to mary and lacey, they would get them on monday. Mary leaves tuesday morning to get here, and lacey leaves wednesday. that gives them about 1 day to get the dresses, have them altered, and come down. Alternately, they could wait to get the dresses until they are down here, which leaves them 3 days until the wedding to get their dresses altered, pressed, and ready.

    I hate weddings. And incompetent people.

    Does anyone want to buy me a drink?
